During his Diamond Resorts tenure Keith was the VP, Application Development presided over the software development operations of more than 120 global personnel, across the enterprise. Common activities included business applications’ analysis, web and mobile application development, infrastructure architecture and implementation, and quality management.
Keith headed technical strategy and resource management for the creation of an enterprise business information system that employs the best practices and standards within the timeshare industry. The Software-As-A-Service application served over 300,000 members and owners in over 130 resorts and centers and allowed approximately 80% of customers to perform many common functions online without having to contact a representative.
Keith transformed a department that was 95% co-located in the Las Vegas offices to distributed offices in Orlando, Lancaster UK and Vancouver. Had an employee attrition rate of 5% with my leaders tenured 15 years plus. In addition he evolved to 60% offshore resourcing in all disciplines except business analytical.
Prior to Diamond Resorts, Keith help a variety of executive technology roles at Sunterra Resorts and supervised application and enterprise system development, support services, and system upgrades to global requirements.
Keith built a global enterprise time share system that offered marketing lead management, consumer contract entry and execution, billing, payment processing, loan initiation, club and owner servicing, rental reservations, and hospitality management. The system was rolled out to 80 resorts and sales centers spanning eight countries.
Also Keith effectively led a development team in revamping Oracle Forms 4.5 technology infrastructure across the organization to support business initiatives and global requirements.
