Developing new employee skill sets is of paramount importance for the client, but their skill development initiatives were fragmented and there was no effective learning management solution in place. 

Growing the client’s annual training budget to 20,000,000 USD along with implementing significant improvements was necessary to stay within the industry threshold for training spend.

An online training solution was a key element in responding to the challenge, Open-source Open edX LMS platform was used to create the solution, which allowed to start using it in a matter of just weeks and then move on to the development of advanced features such as course quality assessments, monitoring of students’ satisfaction, surveys and polls, course catalogs, etc.
