Inspection processes (fire safety, water quality, etc.) were purely digitized, there were different sources and storages, a lot of manual work was required to perform inspections and keep data up to date. As a result, the financial efficiency was extremely low. 

The Client was looking for a solution that would help decrease the cost and make the inspection process more efficient.

Developed

The provided solution enables full control and maintenance of the quality indicators, including the number of bacteria and the amount time for water to reach the required temperature after the tap is opened. 
It is used for managing and updating a large amount of building's data including an offline mode with automatic data update when internet connection is available.
There is also a mobile application for creating digital building passports and keeping them up to date.
