B2B Mobile Store for Large Sport Retailer

One of the biggest sport retailers in Western Europe


    Overheads per distributor decreased 3 times
    B2B sales dynamics improved
    Distributor satisfaction levels were significantly increased


Client is selling more than 500,000 products and working with 1,000+ distributors.
Clients’ B2B solution was outdated and purely integrated with an ERP system. There were challenges with timely delivery to retailers, retailers were not able to see actual information on what is available for order.

It resulted into a slow growth of B2B sales and low level of retailers’ satisfaction. Overheads per distributor also required improvement.



The databases for B2C and B2B were merged into a single database.
Database synchronization requests were optimized, with synchronization time decreased from four minutes to less than 30 seconds. .


To optimize the solution for better management of B2B orders, an API for the ERP system and mobile tablet was developed
