Most of the work for a massive behavioral research project covering risk groups to identify new infection cases in numerous markets was being done manually, causing slowdowns and financial inefficiencies. The research project was at risk.

The solution for digital transformation of the way of doing the research projects was required.

Our team created a data management solution to enable the digitalization of the core processes and activities.

Reconciled

The core system and a mobile app were created within three months. The team is developing new releases for different countries and is more easily able to conduct new research every other month.
