Remembering 2022

2022 was a challenging year for Podium Teams. Russian invasion of Ukraine affected many aspects of our business. Despite the difficulties, we are proud to say that Podium Teams saw significant growth and success in 2022.

We demonstrated that with resilience and determination we can overcome any obstacle.  We were able to successfully relocate management team and part of engineering team and establish permanent presence in the United States.

A year ago, we were proud to have a strong presence and operations in Poland. Today we have expanded our reach and are now able to supply top-tier software engineering talent from any country in Eastern Europe and LATAM.

It was the most challenging year of my life, but with the support of our clients and team, we were able to overcome the obstacles and come out stronger.

Thank you to our clients for your continued support and trust in us. We are especially touched by those who have even increased their Ukrainian-based teams during these tough times. Your commitment to our Ukrainian engineers is a testament to the value they bring to your projects.
