For the last 2 years, Kostya has served as a product owner of a blockchain-based platform that enables banks and institutions to securely generate, authenticate, and retrieve programmable documents. He manages cross-functional teams of up to 10 engineers; and is responsible for the communication with customers, business requirements elicitation, product roadmap, and backlog.

Before this, Kostya acted as a product owner and test lead working on a blockchain financial platform that supports on-chain and off-chain protocols and enables more than 1,000 transactions per minute. He managed a team of nine people and was responsible for the product roadmap, backlog, and quality assurance.

Previously, Kostya worked as test lead on a project that required the development of a file storage and a transfer platform that includes web, mobile, and desktop applications for Windows, Linux, and MacOS. The team size was 12 people.

Kostya served as a test engineer in a healthcare project supported by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The solutions under development were an AI-powered research platform for behavior study; and programs for infection detection and harm reduction. Over the course of three years, more than 130,000 patients were tested and more than 15,000 diseases were detected.
